TLC series Evaporative condenser adopts counter current centrifugal blowing design, and belt driven centrifugal fan is used at the side of the equipment for blowing, which has the characteristics of low noise and low height. It is a specially developed Evaporative condenser, which is convenient for container transportation. The Evaporative condenser of this series has a compact design, and the whole machine has been assembled before leaving the factory, saving transportation costs and current assembly costs.
Because of the special design, this series of Evaporative condensers can be installed inside or on the top of the container for easy movement. The belt drive part of the equipment can be easily maintained from the outside. The side of the body is provided with an access port, which can easily enter the equipment for maintenance,the daily maintenance is convenient.
TLC Series Evaporative Condenser Features
● Modular design and special structure are conducive to container transportation.
● Heat exchange coil with special shape is highly efficient and not easy to scale. 2.5MPa air pressure detection is adopted, which is safe and stable. Coils may be hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel as required.
● Large flow, anti clogging, uniform coverage from multiple angles and full heat exchange of the water spraying system.
● The external main body of the equipment has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, and has high strength and corrosion resistance. It is made of Zinc plate or stainless steel plate.
● The rear mounted centrifugal fan has low noise and large air volume. The two speed motor can automatically adjust the speed according to the working conditions, with higher efficiency.
● The water collector made of special materials has good heat exchange effect and is easy to maintain and replace.
● The internationally famous circulating water pump has the characteristics of large flow, low power consumption and high reliability.
● Special sealing technology with high-quality sealant has good sealing effect, beautiful appearance and no leakage.
