With summer temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F), traditional concrete pouring often suffers from uncontrolled hydration heat, leading to structural cracks and safety risks. According to the Saudi National Housing Company, temperature-related rework costs surpassed $230 million in 2022. The SCCS system combats this by maintaining concrete core temperatures below 28°C (82°F) through real-time monitoring + precision cooling.
In April 2025, Thermojinn completed ice plants with a daily production capacity of 80 tons and 50 tons respectively, and successfully transported them to Saudi Arabia. With the assistance of our company's engineer LEE, these equipments were successfully installed on site in May.
