Short Description:

Precision forged right-angle check valve refers to a kind of valve with a round valve disc as the opening and closing part and acting by its own weight and medium pressure to block the media backflow. The medium passes through the valve body in a right-angle direction. It belongs to automatic valve, also known as check valve or one-way valve. The medium flows in from the inlet end and flows out from the outlet end. When the inlet pressure is greater than the sum of the disc weight and its flow resistance, the valve is opened. On the contrary, the valve will be closed when the medium flows back.

Working Principle

The function of precision forging right angle check valve is to only allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent the flow in the opposite direction. Usually, the valve works automatically. Under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-closing valve disc of the valve disc act on the valve seat, thus cutting off the flow.
