Working Principle
The principle of the welding neck flange straight-through check valve is very simple. The medium flow direction is specified. When the flow pressure exceeds the opening pressure of the check valve, the valve disc is pushed open by the fluid pressure, so the medium flow in the pipeline is connected. On the other hand, when the medium in the pipeline flows back, the fluid pressure pushes the valve disc onto the check valve body, the valve closes, and the medium in the pipeline is cut off. In addition, the greater the medium backflow pressure, the tighter the valve disc is closed, the better the sealing effect is, and the possibility of medium backflow is completely eliminated.
The upper and lower flanges of the check valve are fixed by bolts and connected by welding at both ends
