Coil Design

1. IDF fluorine air cooler, selected Φ 16mm copper or stainless steel (304 or 316L) coil, with automatic bending control, smooth curve and high heat exchange efficiency.
2. Sine wave high thermal conductivity corrugated fin with special design, aluminum alloy or stainless steel material is optional.
3. Multi model standard fin spacing: 4.5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm.
4. Special spacing can be designed according to customer requirements to meet different customer needs.

Optimized Design

1. Professional design team and advanced design assistance software can quickly design customized equipment. A large amount of test data is enriched by design and operation, which makes the equipment closer to practical application.
2. The appearance and structure design are beautiful, and the shell, end cap and drain pan can be disassembled. The equipment is easy to install and maintain.
3. The equipment shell can be made of galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy sheet or stainless steel sheet, which is economical and practical.

Safe operation, clean and hygienic

1. The pipe can automatically control bending, form integrally, and reduce welding points. Comprehensive pressure test and flaw detection to ensure the reliability of the pipeline.
2. High quality material selection and high standard argon arc welding process ensure that the equipment is free of leakage and corrosion.
3. The surface shall be coated to prevent corrosion, rust and be clean.

Efficient defrosting system

1. Various defrosting methods such as electric defrosting, water flushing, hot air defrosting and mixed defrosting can be selected, and the most appropriate defrosting method can be designed according to the actual situation.
2. The water tray shall be reasonably designed to ensure smooth flow of defrosting water. The water pan is detachable, and the double-layer polyurethane insulation design has good insulation effect and stable equipment operation.
3. The heater junction box is separated from the coil and equipped with overload protection to ensure safety.

Axial Fan

1. Adopt low-noise maintenance-free external rotor axial flow fan, motor protection grade IP54, insulation grade F, temperature range -30℃~70℃, airflow direction is suction.
2. The motor has built-in thermal contactor protection to ensure the safe operation of the motor.
3. The standard configuration motor is a double-speed motor, and the fan can perform two-speed conversion (star and delta connection conversion).
