Product Features
1. Production capacity : 5ton per day.
2. Thermojinn plate ice is transparent ice , hard and dry, not easy to melt, and can be stored for a longer time.
3. Thermojinn plate ice is a kind of ice with a thickness of 10-15mm Amorphous ice blocks with a width of 20-50mm, The thickness and width of the ice can be adjusted freely according to the use.
4. Modular design, neat appearance. Stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant, high stability, long service life of equipment and reduced maintenance cost.
5. Stainless steel single plate sheet, double-sided icing, high efficiency and sufficient output.
6. The structure is optimized, and the outer plate is detachable, which is convenient for daily maintenance and cleaning.

Product Details
Plate Ice making Evaporator:
Special runner plate design and advanced laser welding technology make the plate evaporator more efficient and energy-saving.
Specially designed water circulation system makes the ice surface very smooth.
There is no need for additional deicing heat source, the equipment's own hot refrigerant is used for deicing, and the gravity of plate ice is used for rapid deicing.
● Compressor unit module:
Compressor – Bitzer/Hanbell/Frascold/XM and etc.
Vessels – Liquid receiver, oil separator (when needed), suction accumulator;
Piping – Suction and discharge line with Cooper or Seamless steel pipe;
Valves – Danfoss/ AMG valves, word famous brand.
Control Panel - ThermoJinn, PLC &HMI full automatic control.
