Ceiling-mounting Monoblock A01R series

Short Description:

A01R series Monoblock applies to cold storages with space available on the top. Cases of the Monoblock are with Epoxy sprayed steel plates. And conjunction part of evaporator and condenser unit is using insulated heat-rejected boxes. Hermetic piston compressors are applied, with R404A as the refrigerant.

How to select the right mono-block

Ideal condition: the thermal insulation of the medium temp. warehouse is 100 mm thick, and the thermal insulation of low temp. is 120 mm (including ground thermal insulation). The stacking density of loading items is 250KG/M3. Items inlet rate is 10%. Ambient temperature is 35, items into medium temp storage is no higher than 25, and the temp. into low temp storage is lower than - 5. Medium temp. items heat load is 0.77KCAL/KG; low temp items heat load is 0.44KCAL/KGK. The operating period of compressor is less than 18 hours/day.

How to Install the ceiling-mounting mono-blocks?

The installation of the A01Rseries mono block is on the roof of the cold room.
The body of the evaporator part is designed to be placed in the hole created in the roof of the cold room. The condensing part lays on the top of the cold room.

The unit must be positioned in an environment with good air circulation, away from high heat sources and away from obstacles that could limit the possibility of good suction and equally good discharge of the treated air.
